As the Founder of Bright Edge, Danielle works with businesses to design and implement leadership development programs, onboarding frameworks, capability uplift strategies and cultural transformation initiatives that drive measurable results. Before launching Bright Edge, she spent nearly a decade at Australia’s second largest superannuation fund, leading the integration of large-scale learning, customer experience, and leadership initiatives to develop talent, strengthen teams, and shape a thriving workplace culture.
